Starter/Cold Canapes:

  • Punter's Grazing Board: Selections of cured meat, cheese, dried fruits, nuts, seasonal fruit, jam, crackers & dip
  • Beetroot & hommus tartlets 

Hot Canapes:

  • Gourmet Homemade Puff Pastry Meat Pies 
  • Seasonal Vegetable Risotto Balls w/House made parmesan & truffle mayo (V)
  • Sweet and Sour Glazed Pork w/Pineapple & sesame
  • Chicken Skewers w/Satay sauce

  • Grazing Board $150 
    • Selection of cured meats, cheese, dried fruit, nuts, fruit, crackers & dip 

Book two weeks prior to race day by emailing both Cater House and the MTC Wagga. All catering needs to be in a reserved area booked with the MTC Wagga.
