AGM NOTICE

The Annual General Meeting of Members of the Murrumbidgee Turf Club Limited will be held in the Murrumbidgee Turf Club Grandstand (Members Lounge) on Tuesday, 18th November 2025, at 6:00pm for the purpose of:

  1. Receiving of apologies.
  1. Confirming the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Members held on Thursday, 14 November 2024.
  1. Receiving the President’s Report.
  1. Receiving the Audited Financial Statements.
  1. Confirmation of the 2025-2027 Board of Elected and Appointed Directors.
  1. Transacting any ordinary business that may be properly brought before the meeting.
