Tickets: The 2026 Picnic Races will be a family-friendly event. The Picnic Races will be sectioned into 3 different areas: General Admission and Individual Marquee and Picnic on the Rails.
Gates will open at 12pm


Tickets are:
General Admission is a perfect way to get all your friends and family together for a great day out. You will have access to everywhere except the On The Rails Area (unless you have purchased a table in either of these areas).
There will be a band and kids entertainment throughout the day to keep everyone entertained.
Secure a track-side table for you and your guests to enjoy the Picnic Races! Tables will be allocated in a sectioned-off area on the rails.
Tickets:
Food can be brought into this area like the our normal picnic race day but cash will be needed to purchase drinks. Only those with purchased tables will be allowed into this area to ensure maximum enjoyment for your table!
Bring your whole work team, clients or large group of friends to our Individual Marquee Area and live the high life! A great way to spend Wagga Picnic Race Day!

Wagga Picnic Races – CHARITY CLUB
Each year, Country Hope puts on a week of fun and activities for the children.
Since the inaugural holiday week held at Borambola Sport and Recreation Camp in 2003, the camps have provided a wide range of activities for the children from southern New South Wales and northern Victoria who have been diagnosed with cancer or life threatening illnesses, along with their carers and medical staff.
Wherever possible Country Hope also includes the brothers and sisters of children on treatment or those who have lost a brother or sister to cancer related illness.
Each child has a Country Hope carer who is responsible for the child and ensures they have a great time through the week. All of the Carers have attended the Country Hope Carer Training Course which is held annually, and are expected to maintain contact with their child throughout the year and become very special friends.
By joining the Charity Club you will directly assist in funding the children and their carers to the camp as well as provide each child with a personal gift pack as part of your donation.

Beverages
No beverages are to be brought on premises. Only beverages purchased on course are permitted to be consumed on course.
Minors
Persons under the age of 18 years (minors) are only permitted on the MTC premises if the minor is accompanied by a responsible adult who is;
